  • Where do I enter my discount code?
    • You can add your discount code in the cart which can be accessed at the top right corner on any page. The discount will immediately be applied to your total when using a coupon. Please note that each order will only accept one coupon.

  • Do you provide any wholesale discounts?
    • BOGMAR products are available to luxury retailers. For any business enquiries please contact us at info@bogmar.co.uk.

      How do I unsubscribe from your Newsletter?

      You can easily unsubscribe by following the link located at the bottom of the BOGMAR Newsletter.

    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.

  • Do you offer international shipping?
    • Yes, BOGMAR provide free worldwide shipping. Please see our Delivery page for further information.

  • Do prices listed on your site include the shipping fee?
    • The shipping is charged separately and will vary according to your shipping destination - please see our Delivery page for further information.

      All orders of £100 or more are shipped for free.

  • Are you able to gift wrap my order?
    • Yes. We offer complimentary gift wrapping with every purchase. No expense is spared with our materials that properly befit a gift of BOGMAR quality.

  • Which courier will deliver my shipment?
    • We deliver using the most secure and reliable companies available to ensure you receive the best service possible. Depending on your destination and the chosen shipping method orders will be sent with the most appropriate courier.

  • How much are delivery costs?
    • We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over £100. The shipping price for orders below £100 will vary by destination and shipping method: for further details please see our Delivery page.

  • When will I receive my order?
    • Your order will leave us within 1 working day (same day for orders placed by 1pm UK time - GMT +0). For more information regarding delivery times please see our Delivery page.

  • Can I track my order?
    • Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain your tracking number. The fastest way to track your order is through our Delivery page.

      In case you did not your tracking number within 1 working day of your order, please check your email's spam folder first. If you are still unable to find it contact our Customer Service Team at sales@bogmar.co.uk with your order number.  

  • What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

      Once products have been shipped we will be unable to alter your order.

  • Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

  • Am I able to cancel my order?
    • To cancel an order, please contact the Customer Service Team at sales@bogmar.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible.

      We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

  • Can I return my purchase if it is not what I expected?
    • We offer a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee should you be unsatisfied with your order. You will required to pay the shipping costs of returned items if they were delivered as described.

      The products must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we have received your item we will process your refund immediately.

      My product looks different to the image on your website?

      We try to make all photos as accurate as possible. The texture of the leather may vary slightly across products as they are crocodile and ostrich embossed.

  • How quickly will you refund my card?
    • We will process your refund within 2 working days of receiving your product. Once we have processed your refund it may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account. 

  • Can I provide a different card for my refund?
    • We are only able to process refunds to the original payment method.

  • Do you keep my personal information private?
    • Yes. Any data you share with us is personal and confidential. All information provided by you will be treated securely in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

  • How do I upgrade my BOGMAR case to an iPhone 7 Case for £20?
    • If you purchased an iPhone SE/5/5s case, an iPhone 6/6s case or an iPhone 6/6s Plus case from us in the past 12 months you are eligible to upgrade it to an iPhone 7 case for only £20.
